To find the candidates your company needs, we have developed a substantial database of candidates that have been already screened or have been used on internal projects in the past.  We also have retained recruiters that have been recruiting IT candidates for over 10 years.  In addition, we have access to job boards, recruiters and resource across the country.

We find out what projects the candidates  have worked on, what technology have they used, how long ago did they used that technology, how much experience do they have working in the specific environment, how well do they communicate, what do they really like to do, what are they passionate about?

We use our existing technical staff to screen our candidates thoroughly and conduct comprehensive technical interviews, and check references.  All of this is done to make sure we have the right fit for you.  We basically ask our technical engineers working for us if they would hire the candidate, if we would not hire the candidate, we would not bring that candidate to you.

Our Guarantee, if you are unsatisfied with any candidate in the First 30 days, we would replace that candidate for free!

How to Engage us

We like to partner with our clients and be part of your team and prefer to contract or subcontract our resources to your company, but we could also offer other options including temp to hire and direct placement options.
