FIS worked with Iron Bow to upgrade their SharePoint 2007 solution to SharePoint 2013. FIS architected and implemented an overall information architecture for their solution. FIS held workshops with Iron Bow employees to develop taxonomies and design a customized user interface. FIS worked with Iron Bow to migrate their content from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2013 using the DocAve migration tool.
FIS also worked with Iron Bow to provide a PMO site to manage their projects and initiatives, including a process to request and review new projects. FIS used Performance Point to provide project management dashboard reports and KPIs.
