Personal Leave

FIS provides Regular Full Time Employees working a minimum of 40 hours per week with the following personal leave account:

  • Leave accrual rate of 10 days (2 weeks) per year for the first 3 years of continuous employment.
  • After 3 years of continuous employment, the accrual rate increases to 15 days (3 weeks) per year.
  • After 8 years of continuous employment, the accrual rate increases to 20 days (4 weeks) per year.

Holidays

FIS provides Regular and Temporary Employees Working a minimum of 40 hours per week 9 paid holidays. FIS offers a prorated holiday pay to regular and temporary Part Time employees working minimum of 24 hours per week but less than 40 hours per week. An employee hired on or after July 1st will receive one floating holiday to be used during the 1st year.

Sick Leave

FIS provides Regular Full Time Employees working a minimum of 40 hours per week with 5 days of sick leave per calendar year.
